Express Shipping $19.95, 2-3 working days, DHL tracked service

Has my order been despatched yet - how do I track my order?

When your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.

You can track the progress of your parcel at www.dhl-usa.com enter your reference number in the Shipment Number box.

What happens if the order I receive is faulty or incorrect?

Please ensure this item isn't on backorder. If it is, we will have shipped the items we had in stock first and the rest as they arrive. Rest assured you will only be charged on shipping fee.
